Refund and Return Policy
Thank you for shopping at Voltino. We are committed to providing you with high-quality electric products and excellent customer service. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team at voltino.co.uk@gmail.com to request a return authorization.
- Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Once your return is authorized, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s).
- Carefully package the item(s) in the original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
- Ship the item(s) to the address provided in the return instructions.
3. Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
4. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please contact our customer support team at voltino.co.uk@gmail.com . Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is not available, we will process a refund instead.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Items that are damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Items returned more than 14 days after delivery
- Items without original packaging
6. Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item), we will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at voltino.co.uk@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem, which may include a replacement, refund, or repair.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
